This has forever been my mantra. As a nurse, as a human, as a scientist, professor, researcher, and so many other roles- I have held fast to ask for proof. And pudding... but that's another story.
It's easy to click on every single link that the media throws at us. But that's also how misinformation spreads. Take for instance screening by holding your breath for 10 seconds. There's nothing to back this up- literally not a single shred of evidence. But I've seen doctor's offices, news articles, and people in person following this advice. Please don't. Please follow facts and updates from the WHO and the CDC. You will note the sources I have cited below only source from these two places.

We're stronger together and we will get through this. Stay safe and remember to breathe and care for yourself. As for us, we will continue to be on the front lines of this. We run into the fire, not away from it. We're here to help, and we're here to stay.
